"Over the past 6 or so years of being on a spiritual journey, working to better understand myself, my soul, this universe, the world around me, and others, I've undergone and wild and impactful series of experiences that have allowed me to not only find a FLOW with this universe, but also come into my gifts that allow me to help others do the same.
I went through a DARK night of the soul, or very difficult period of life, catapulting me to dive deeper into my practices and find my true self through somatic work, healing, researching, and embarking on a radical self-love, acceptance, and authentic expression journey. Through this, I peeled back layers of my soul, uncovering who I am at my CORE -- and allowing me to intuitively receive guidance, flowing me into the most aligned and fulfilling path of my life yet.
I learned what it means to STOP self-sabotaging, allow and receive more LOVE, tap into the inner-power, strengthen one's intuition, lead from the soul, and truly begin living in what I like to call FLOW (AKA: co-creating your life with the universe, living in a continuous stream of TRUST, knowing your next steps are guided, and we do the work to remain TAPPED IN to source energy, so that we may always be on the right path, and know - even during dark, slow, or difficult periods - how guided and held we are.
